VA and FHA lenders typically require all 6 analytes listed above be tested. There are a few cases where they do not, so it is best to verify with the lender.
Collection Process
VA and FHA lenders typically require a third uninterested party to collect the samples. Unfortunately we do not offer collection services in your area. Please call us at (952) 935-3556, so we may be able to recommend a lab in your area that would be able to provide services.
