Most often times a VA or FHA lender requires all 6 analytes listed above be tested. There are some cases where they require less, so it is best to check with your lender.
Have us come and collect it
Because you or the buyer is going through a VA or FHA type of loan, you are required to have a third-party collect the sample for you. We do offer this service. Schedule an appointment with us.
